Tuesday, market day, is a chance to buy local produce and all sorts of useful items.
You'll also find a town filled with warm and friendly people who will go out of their way to help you. Whilst not many people speak fluent English,
and some of the older population speak only dialect.
Nearby are the cities of Sulmona, Popoli, Chieti and Pescara.
The nearest ski resort is 35 km away.
