Notes on the restoration:

The restoration took several years to complete and the roof,terracotta floors, double glazing windows, vaulting ceilings were meticulously restored.

The large and numerous windows with new hardwood doors , window frames and shutters, let in ample light.

The countryside is dominated by olive groves, the beaches of the Adriatic sea are only 40 minutes away by car. The Majella and Gran Sasso National Parks are both within easy distance.
