Just a few kilometres from the pretty 12th century village we find a characteristic country house overlooking the Maiella mountain range.

It is surrounded by a plot of land with a surface of .about 10000 square meters with oak trees, olive trees, blooming fruit trees, a well-maintained vegetable garden and finally a garden with fragrant flowers are an addition to this special residence.

The farmhouse was recently restored, it covers a surface of about 200 square meters on two floors.
On the BASEMENT FLOOR : the large taverna with fireplace and fitted kitchen opens on to the patio with large french windows, the outdoor sitting area under the porch overlooking the stunning countryside and the mountains; the tavern leads to the living room and a further room with a fireplace. On the some floor coomplete the floor area a very large hallway and a bathroom.
The large French windows bring light to the south-facing rooms and open onto the paved courtyard surrounding the house.

Internal wooden staircase leads to the FIRST FLOOR with three double  bedrooms and two bathrooms, a corridor, hallway and a further kitchen dining room. Two terraces south facing are additional living space to be shared with friends during sunny springs and summer days or to read a book with the spectacular scenery of the surrounding mountains and countryside.

The house has been restored in every small detail and keeps the architectural features of an early 20th century farmhouse, where the old stables in the basement floor  have been converted into living spaces and show the vaulted ceilings with exposed sandblasted bricks, the original windows and doors have been carefully restored. The magical atmosphere of old times is preciously preserved in the house.

The house has a  heating system, two fireplaces, and an LPG fired boiler.

Cugnoli is a pretty medieval town located between the Adriatic sea and the Majella ski resort, at the perfect altitude of about 300 m above the sea level.
Cugnoli is ideal for those looking for a slower pece of life. The town offers a supermarket, butcher, baker, hairdresser, a bank, post office, pharmacy and a doctor. There are 2 good restaurants and 3 bars.
Pescara with its International Airport and train station is reachable in 30 minutes drive
