The house has the following accommodation
Entrance hall, spacious kitchen-dining room with open fire place, living room, bathroom on the GROUND FLOOR. Interal stairs lead to the FIRST FLOOR with 3 bedrooms with access to the terrace.

On the lower ground floor there are 3 spaciouse rooms used as storage.

The housse is connected to the main town water and electricity, but there is no heating system.

At about 200 m there is the town centre with shops, restaurants and bars, while the International Airport is at about 15 minutes drive and the white sandy beaches in Francavilla al Mare is at abut 20 minutes drive.


LOCATION
Giliano Teatino is 270 metres above sea level and nestles among lush green countryside. It offers wonderful views over the Majella massif.

This medieval village dates to the 11th century and its population of 1,132 is served by a few shops including a pharmacy and supermarket. There is also a Post Office, bank and couple of bars and restaurants.

One of the important features of the village is the Cantina Giuliano Teatino which sells wine, extra virgin olive oil and cherries. In fact, in late May or early June, the Cantina arranges the famous ‘Sagra delle ciliege- or ‘Cherry Festival- which is great for locals and tourists alike.

The local terrain is given over to argriculture and both the wines and cherries, grown in the area, are famous throughout Abruzzo.
