Loreto Aprutino, is a characteristic and evocative medieval village nestled amongst the green hills of vineyards and olive groves just a few minutes from the Adriatic coast.
The history of Loreto Aprutino is intimately linked to the olive tree and olive oil. It can be immediately understood when, as you approach the village wrapped around the hill, the road begins to climb and the view opens out onto expanses of olive groves that are lost at a glance. I
t is no coincidence that its territory had one of the first two protected designations of origin attributed to olive oil in Europe: 'Aprutino-Pescarese.

A short distance from the town centre and the church of S. Maria in Piano, national monument in which are kept precious cyclodes of frescoes, is located this plot of land with olive groves entirely flat and facing the road of the total extension of 12000sqm, in which from the General Development Plan in force insists a building plot of 770sqm for residential purposes and with a building index of 0.40sqm x sqm.
