The main entrance door opens on to the kitchen which has beautiful vaulted ceilings with exposed bricks. The window offers the view to the mountains and the countryside. From the kitchen you access a small utility room. 
Internal stairs lead to the first floor with a large living room with terracotta floor tiles, an open fireplace and access to a balcony wich offers a beautiful view toward the Gran Sasso mountain range and the surrounding countryside.
From the living room you have access to a corridor from which you access the modern bathroom with shower.

LOCATION
Mutingnano sits 320 meters above the sea level. It is on a hill overlooking the sea and with the Gran Sasso mountain in the backround. It is a very interesting medieval village with some historical building and churches.
Mutignano has a post office, pharmacy, food shop, restaurants and bars to carter the about 600 inhabitants.
During the year there are several cultural events on the streets.
In a view minutes you reach the beautiful Pineto beach resort town with its white sandy beach.
The International Pescara Airport is about 40 minutes away.
Rome is about 2 hours away.
